Abstract

Understanding inclusive leadership in the literature offers an essential scientific background to further developing inclusive leadership in practice and theory in commercial, for-profit organisations. The current upsurge of interest in inclusive leadership in practice and theory means that this research is more relevant now than ever. This literature review explores how inclusive leadership is conceptualised and measured. The search occurred between September 2020 and August 2021, and 33 papers matched the inclusion criteria.
