Abstract

This work introduces a human-centered framework for metaverse-enabled digital twins in business and smart-city contexts. The work explores how immersive environments, geospatial intelligence, and interactive digital-twin systems can enhance data-driven decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and strategic resilience.
